Box Office
The Kalamazoo Civic Theatre Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and 90 minutes prior to all performances. You can reach the box office at 269-343-1313 or email. (Summer hours may vary). Please let us know of any special needs or requests you may have in advance and we’ll do everything we can to help you. Our goal is to provide you with the most enjoyable theatre-going experience possible.
Ticket Purchases
Tickets may be purchased online, in person at the box office, or via telephone at 269-343-1313. We accept cash, checks, Civic gift certificates and credit and debit cards for ticket purchases. Please note, fees apply to all credit and debit card purchases.

Group Rates
Do you have a group that would like to see a show? Group rates are available making it possible for businesses, youth groups, church groups, organizations, neighborhoods, scout troops, schools and others to see our productions at a discounted rate. Gift Certificates
Give the gift of theatre! Our gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used for any performance at the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre or any class/camp registration in our Academy of Theatre Arts.
Ticket Exchanges
We know that sometimes life gets in the way of our best-laid plans. Don’t worry, we will exchange tickets with no additional fees up to 24 hours prior to your performance. Please call the box office at 269-343-1313 or email and include your name, date of your ticketed performance, date of your rescheduled performance, and the best way to contact you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are limited. However, we will offer a refund in the event you are unable to attend a performance due to illness and an exchange is not possible.
