In Memoriam 

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Kalamazoo Civic Theatre employee and volunteer, Gweneé Hart. Gweneé’s talent was seen on the Civic stages in The Colored Museum, A Raisin in the Sun, and Barbecue, as well as several productions for The Face Off Theatre Company. You may have also encountered her generous spirit and kindness as she greeted you at the box office. Her infectious laughter, kind spirit, tremendous talent, and warming smile will be missed by her Kalamazoo Civic Theatre family as well as the community of Kalamazoo. Our thoughts and sympathy go out to Gweneé’s family, her son, her friends, and all who knew this incredible woman.
