Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships
Partnerships between the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre and local corporations, businesses, and organizations have many benefits for everyone involved. With the generous support of our Production Sponsors, we are able to continue providing theatre of the highest quality and offering hands-on, lifelong learning opportunities. In turn, Sponsors receive recognition as organizations that are dedicated to maintaining a vibrant cultural community and making a difference in the areas where they do business.

Production Sponsors
Production sponsors play a huge role in not only supporting productions, but also introducing employees, colleagues, and clients to our theatre. The benefits of production sponsorship are far-reaching and include a private performance of the production that you are sponsoring and extensive marketing consideration. Imagine having the entire theatre to yourself to entertain and thank your clients, customers, or employees!
We begin connecting sponsors to productions shortly after our new season is announced in late winter/early spring; however, we are able to bring on new sponsors anytime during the season. Annual Gifts/General Donations
Annual Gifts provide essential operating support for the Civic and can be given as one-time gifts or recurring gifts. Recurring gifts can be paid in pre-determined increments, such as monthly or quarterly, via our online donation system. Unrestricted gifts provide the greatest flexibility for the Civic; however, please let us know if you wish to make a donation to a specific purpose, production, or program.

Program Advertising
Advertising in the Civic digital program is a wonderful way to reach potential customers and support one of the cultural cornerstones of our community.

$8,000 Production Sponsor
- Private performance in the Auditorium for up to 490 guests
- Includes dessert and coffee buffet during intermission or preshow
- Your Company logo included on the Civic website, the printed production poster (if contract signed prior to printing), and show program
- Full-page ad in digital program
$5,000 Community Sponsor
- 100 tickets (seating in the balcony) to a public performance in the Auditorium
- Includes dessert and coffee buffet during intermission or preshow
- Your Company logo on the Civic website
- Half-page ad in digital program
$2,500 Youth Production Sponsor
- 60 tickets to a public performance in the Parish Theatre
- Your Company logo included on the Civic website, on the printed production poster (if contract signed prior to printing), and show program
- Full-page ad in digital program
$2,500 Production Sponsor
- Private performance in the Carver Center Studio for up to 100 guests or the Parish Theatre up to 170 guests
- Includes dessert and coffee buffet during intermission or preshow
- Your Company logo included on the Civic website, the printed production poster (if contract signed prior to printing), and show program
- Full-page ad in digital program
