What to Know Before You Go

Your safety and the safety of our cast, crew, and staff are our top priorities. As you prepare to join us or a performance, please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Before Arriving at the Theatre:

  1. Health Check: If you or someone in your party feels unwell or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please stay home. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to community health.
  2. Tickets: Consider purchasing your tickets online or using electronic tickets to reduce physical contact at the venue.
  3. Plan Ahead: Some services or amenities, like cloakroom or refreshment stands, might be limited or temporarily suspended. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information.

At the Theatre:

  1. Face Masks: Patrons are required to wear face masks at all times, covering both the nose and mouth. Please ensure you bring one with you. Disposable masks may be available at the entrance for those who need them.
  2. Social Distancing: Please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other patrons who are not in your party, both inside and outside the theatre.
  3. Hand Sanitizing: Hand sanitizing stations will be available at multiple locations within the theatre. We encourage patrons to use them frequently.
  4. Seating: Depending on current health guidelines, seating might be staggered or spaced out to ensure social distancing between parties.
  5. Contactless Payments: For any in-theatre purchases, we recommend contactless pay methods such as credit/debit cards or mobile payments.

Additional Measures & Information:

  1. Enhanced Cleaning: The theatre will undergo enhanced cleaning and sanitization before and after each performance, focusing especially on high-touch areas.
  2. Ventilation: We’ve upgraded our ventilation system to ensure optimal air circulation and have incorporated HEPA filters for better air quality.
  3. Staff Training: All theatre staff and volunteers have undergone training on COVID-19 safety protocols.
  4. Updates: As public health guidelines evolve, so will our procedures. We recommend checking this page or subscribing to our newsletter for the latest updates.

Thank You for Your Cooperation!

Your understanding and compliance with these measures help ensure that we can continue to bring the magic of theatre to our community safely. We look forward to welcoming you to a performance soon.
