Drama
Sarah and James, a photojournalist and a foreign correspondent have been together for years and share a passion for documenting the realities of war. Theirs is a partnership based on telling the toughest stories, and together, making a difference. Forced to return home after a brush with death in Iraq, they find themselves trying to find happiness in a world that seems to have gone crazy. The more time they spend with their friends, the more the adventurous couple is forced to confront the prospect of a conventional life. Will their relationship of nearly a decade be more threatened by a traditional go at domesticity than the roadside bombs of Baghdad?
Disclaimer: Powerful and compelling, Time Stands Still derives much of its strength from its mature, honest dialogue. Due to its strong language and direct approach to challenging subject matter, this production is recommended for audience members 16 and up.
“…the range of feeling it explores is wide and deep.”
