Civic Youth Theatre Musical

Come on down to Sleepy Hollow! We are very pleased to be presenting the world premiere of this all -new, musical version of the Washington Irving original. Written especially for our Youth Theatre program, this adaptation brings a new twist to this classic haunting tale. Three trick-or-treaters from today magically find themselves transported into the middle of colonial New York as the tale of Ichabod Crane unfolds around them. The antics of these modern day children will make you laugh out loud and send chills down your spine as they come face to face with all of the odd characters, traditions, ghosts and goblins of Sleepy Hollow. And that’s before they confront the infamous Headless Horseman! The catchy new tunes range from classic haunting themes to blues to pop numbers that will have you dancing in the aisles.
