Rhasheda is a health and community services executive for the Greater Kalamazoo County area. She served as the Chief Operating Officer for Inter Act of Michigan Inc., the Contract & ComplianceManager for Residential Opportunities Inc., and has succeeded in front-line leadership roles atKalamazoo RESA, Kalamazoo County Government, and Bronson Methodist Hospital. Rhasheda earned her Master of Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor ofApplied Science in Healthcare Administration from Davenport University. Rhasheda is a member ofPi Alpha Alpha Global Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration.
